AN ACT to repeal article seventy-six of the Code

 

of Public General Laws, entitled " Public Prin-

 

ter," and to enact an article in lieu thereof.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That article seventy-six of the
