and the directors of such companies so consolidating

may adopt such a title or name for such consolidated

company shall become entitled to and vested with

all the corporate rights, liberties, privilges, immuni-

ties, powers and franchises hereby granted by this

tution of this State; provided that, said consolidated

company shall always have a business office within

this State, and shall be liable to be sued in the

courts of this State, and shall be amenable to the

process of such courts.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts
|
 
|
of acts inconsistent with this act be and the same
