Chapter 347.

 

AN ACT to repeal the fifteenth section of an act

 

entitled "An Act to incorporate a House of Re-

 

formation and Instruction for Colored Children,"

 

passed at January session, eighteen hundred and

 

seventy, chapter three hundred and ninety-two,

 

and to re-enact the same with amendments, and

 

also to add an additional section to said act, to be

 

known as section twenty-one A.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section fifteen of the act
