Chapter 335.

AN ACT to pay William S. Taylor & Co. seven dol-

lars and ninety-four cents due them for furnishing

lumber for the use of Tobacco Warehouse No. 2

from April ninth to May sixth, eighteen hundred

and eighty.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

Treasury be and he is hereby authorized and di-

rected to draw his warrant upon the treasurer pay-

able to the order of William S. Taylor & Co. for

acts passed at the January session, eighteen hun-

vide a sinking fund for the payment of the bonded

debt of Dorchester county, to be known as sub-

section two A."

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That an additional section is hereby

added to section two of chapter three hundred and

seventy of the acts passed at the January session,
