|
vs. John McDonald.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the
|
 
|
Treasury be and he is hereby authorized and di-
|

rected to issue his warrants upon the State treasurer
|
 
|
for the sum of four thousand dollars, or so much
|
 
|
thereof as may be necessary, to pay the expenses of
|
 
|
the committee on elections in the following cases :

Hammond and others, J. Wirt Randall and others
|

bursed by the comptroller upon the certificates of
