but shall cause all such offenders against the provi-

 

sions of said fifty-sixth and thirtieth articles of said

 

Code of Public General Laws, except as aforesaid,

 

to be committed or held to bail for trial before the

 

Criminal Court of Baltimore.

 

SEC. 626 B. In all criminal prosecutions or pro-

 

ceedings which under the provisions of this act

 

may be heard, tried and determined before a justice

 

of the peace sitting at a station-house in the city of

 

Baltimore, it shall be the duty of such justice of the

 

peace before whom such case is tried, in the event

 

of the conviction of the accused at the said trial, to

 

impose upon the said accused so convicted the fine,
