teen hundred and seventy-six, chapter ninety-

 

four, the Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike

 

Company, in Frederick and Carroll counties, a

 

body politic and corporate of this State, incor-

 

porated under an act of the General Assembly of

 

eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter ninety-
