AN ACT to authorize the reorganization of the

Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike Company,

in Frederick and Carroll counties, upon the

happening of certain contingencies therein spec-

ified.

of Maryland passed at its January session, eigh-

teen hundred and seventy-six, chapter ninety-

four, the Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike

Company, in Frederick and Carroll counties, a

body politic and corporate of this State, incor-

porated under an act of the General Assembly of
