accounts of all moneys received and paid by him,

and of all matters relating to the duties of his

office, with all vouchers relating thereto; and

and papers of every kind connected therewith;

he shall also attend all meetings of the county

commissioners, make minutes of and record all

their proceedings, and perform such other duties

as they shall from time to time require.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That for the purpose

of enabling the County Commissioners of Caro-

line county to raise additional funds for satisfying

certain claims and expenses chargeable and accru-

ing against the said county, and to avoid delay and

loss in the settlement of the same, the said County
