Chapter 185.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

the claim of Daniel Donelly for balance due him
|
 
|
for bricks furnished by him for and used in the
|
 
|
building of the Maryland House of Correction.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he
|
 
|
is hereby authorized and directed to issue his war-
|

the sum of two hundred and ninety-four dollars
|

and seventy-five cents, being balance due him for

bricks furnished by him for and used in the building

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

of Baltimore County to appoint one sanitary offi-
|
 
|
cer for Woodberry and vicinity, one sanitary
|
 
|
officer for Towsontown and vicinity, and one
|
 
|
sanitary officer for Waverly and vicinity.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
|
 
|
of Baltimore county be and they are hereby author-
|
