SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That upon informa-

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That in addition to

the remedy and punishments provided for in section
|

seven of this act, the Washington County Water
|
 
|
Company is authorized and empowered, by informa-
|
 
|
tions or petitions filed in the name of the Washing-
|
 
|
ton County Water Company, to apply to the judge
