AN ACT to amend an act passed at January ses-

sion, eighteen hundred and eighty, and entitled
|

" An Act to reorganize and incorporate anew the
|
 
|
Baltimore and Potomac Railroad Company by
|
 
|
that or some other name, in the event of a sale or
|
 
|
sales of the property and franchises of the said
|
 
|
company under mortgage heretofore made by it."
|
 
|
WHEREAS, by the first section of the said act, it
|
 
|
was provided that all parties should have the same
|
 
|
right to make use of the tunnel of said company,
|
 
|
as is now granted to them by statute and ordi-
|
 
|
nances, and the written contract between said com-
|
 
|
pany and the Northern Central Railway, and the
Western Maryland and the Union Railroad Com-
|

pany of Baltimore, dated December thirtieth, A. D.

eighteen hundred and seventy three, and said date
|
 
|
was inadvertently inserted, as the contract of said
|
 
|
date was superseded in whole or in part by a
|
 
|
later one, and the intent was to refer to the existing

|
contracts between the companies.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That all persons shall have re-
|
 
|
served to them, notwithstanding the act aforesaid,
|
 
|
the same right to make use of the tunnel of said
|
