Chapter 157.

 

AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter two

 

hundred and sixty-nine of the acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January

 

session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, entitled

 

" An Act for the bette'r protection of the people

 

of the State against the ravages of Small-pox,"

 

and to re-enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section three of chapter

 

two hundred and sixty-nine of the acts of the Gen-
