Chapter 148.

 

AN ACT to prevent trespass with dog or gun upon

 

private property in Kent county, and repeal the

 

act of eighteen hundred and seventy-six, chapter

 

fifty-seven, entitled " An Act for the protection

 

of partridges, rabbits, and to prevent trespass on

 

private property," so far as it applies to said

 

county.

 

SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland. That any person found trespass-

 

ing with dog or gun on any private property in

 

Kent county shall be liable to be arrested by any
constable of the county, and shall be deemed guilty

any justice of the peace in said county shall be fined
