Chapter 131.

AN ACT to sanction the bequest under the last

will and testament of Nicholas Owens, of How-

ard county, Maryland, to the Superannuated

Fund Society of the Maryland Annual Confer-

ence of the Methodist Protestant Church.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland. That the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland is hereby given to the be-

quest under the last will and testament of Nicholas

AN ACT to empower the Baltimore and Powhatan

Railway Company of Baltimore county to appeal

from the assessment of its capital stock made by

the Tax Commissioners, and to authorize the comp-
