Chapter 130.

AN ACT to repeal chapter 165 of the acts of the

General Assembly, January session, 1865, entitled

" An Act to repeal section 413 of article 4 of the

Code of Public Local Laws of the city of Balti-

more, entitled ' Hay and Straw,' and to re-enact

the same with an amendment," and to re-enact

the same with amendments, so as to provide for

the inspection and weighing of corn in the ear,

and corn husks.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That chapter 165 of the Acts of
the General Assembly, passed January session, 1865,

413. The said inspector shall be entitled to de-
