SEC. 18 Be it enacted, That the County Com-

missioners of Harford county may, at their discre-

tion, levy, annually, upon the assessable property of
|

AN ACT to repeal, amend and re-enact section three

of chapter four hundred and seventy-two, passed

dred and eighty, for the better protection of Birds
|
 
|
and Game in Wicomico county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That section three of chapter
|
 
|
four hundred and seventy-two, passed by the Gen-
|
 
|
eral Assembly of Maryland at the January session,
in the year eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled
|
Repealed,
amended and
re-enacted.
|
" An Act for the better protection of birds and
|
 
|
game in Wicomico county," be and the same is
|
 
|
hereby repealed, amended and re-enacted so as to
|
 
|
read as follows :
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be un-
|
 
|
lawful for any person or persons in Wicomico county
|
 
|
to shoot, kill, take, trap or in any manner catch or
|
 
|
destroy in said county, in any year, any of the birds
|

tioned and specified in this section; that is to say,

woodcock between the first day of January and the
|

first day of September; plover (or sand pipers), par-
