shall be sold or given away at his, her or its place

 

of business, by any person, corporation, company or

 

association, or to aid and assist any person, corpora-

 

tion, company or association in such sale or gift;

 

and any person, corporation, company or association

 

violating the provisions of this section, shall be

 

subject to the like fines and punishments as are

 

prescribed for violations of the fourth section of

 

this act.

 

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That nothing herein

 

contained shall be construed to prevent me com-

State, upon the written bona fide prescription of a

 

regular practising physician whose name shall be

no prescription shall serve for more than one pur-

 

chase; but no physician shall make or sign any such

 

prescription unless the person for whom it is made

 

is actually sick, and such liquor is absolutely re-
