Chapter 73.

 

AN ACT to confirm, explain and enlarge the pow-

 

ers and privileges granted to the St. Mary's

 

Industrial School for Boys, of the city of Balti-

 

more, by the Acts of the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven,

 

chapter four hundred and two, and eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-four, chapter two hundred

 

and eighty-eight.

 

WHEREAS by Acts of the General Assembly of

Preamble.

Maryland, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, chap-

 

ter four hundred and two, and eighteen hundred

 

and seventy-four, chapter two hundred and eighty-

 

eight, the General Assembly intended to enlarge

 

and confirm the corporate powers and authority of

 

the St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys, of the

 

city of Baltimore, incorporated under the provisions

 

of the twenty-sixth article of the Code of Public

 

General Laws of the State of Maryland, and inas-

 

much as doubts have arisen as to the meaning and

 

sufficiency of parts of said acts for the purposes in-

 

tended, therefore —

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That all and singular the powers,

 

privileges and franchises granted to or intended to

hereby ratified and confirmed.

 

SEC. 2 And be it enacted, That in addition to
