6. To the conveyance from Homer E. Sprinkle and Ida E.
Sprinkle, his wife, to the Trustees of the Rosedale Methodist
Episcopal Church of Calvert, in Cecil County, of an undivided
one-half interest in common in and to a lot of land situated
on the North side of the Baltimore-Philadelphia Pike, in the
Sixth Election District of said County, and containing thirty-
three thousand one hundred square fee, the deed being recorded
on the 11th day of September, 1936, in Liber W. E. B. No. 4,
Folio 244.
SEC. 2. And Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 15.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 6 of
Chapter 83 of the Acts of the Special Session of 1936, en-
titled 'An Act to authorize the creation of a State debt in
the aggregate amount of One Million Five Hundred Thou-
sand Dollars ($1, 500, 000), the proceeds thereof to be used
in the construction, reconstruction, replacement and repair
of roads and bridges, their approaches and appurtenances,
and the rehabilitation of public property damaged by floods,
any balance unexpended for said purposes to be paid into
the Annuity Bond Account in the General Treasury and
providing generally for the issue and sale of certificates of
indebtedness evidencing such loan', providing that the bal-
ance of the proceeds from the sale of said bonds may be
used by the Board of Public Works for the construction,
reconstruction, replacement and repair of roads and bridges,
their approaches and appurtenances, damaged by storm or
flood in any year.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land. That Section 6 of Chapter 83 of the Acts of the Special
Session of 1936, entitled 'An Act to authorize the creation
of a State debt in the aggregate amount of One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1, 500, 000), the proceeds thereof
to be used in the construction, reconstruction, replacement and
repair of roads and bridges, their approaches and appur-
tenances, and the rehabilitation of public property damaged by
