Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Baltimore city to purchase the right
to use the Campbell System of Indexing.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The rules were suspended so as to give said bill a second
reading this day, by yeas and nays as follows :
