Mr. Lloyd submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

April 3rd, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message informing us that you
have non-concurred in the Senate amendments to House
bill 109, and requesting us to recede from the same. Alter
consideration, we have adhered to the amendments, and
respectfully request the appointment of a Committee of Con-
ference to take into consideration the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Lloyd, Gorman and Aydelotte.

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House of Dele-
gates.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 125, of Article
16, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Sales," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The rules were suspended so as to give said bill a second
reading this day, by yeas and nays as follows :
