Senate bill entitled an Act to declare' the sanction of the
General Assembly to the bequests of John Gunby, deceased,
to the Presbyterian Church at Newtown, Md., and to the
Methodist Church at Jacobsport, Coshocton county, Ohio,
and to the Linton Presbyterian Church of Coshocton county,

Ohio,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections to
Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licen-
ses," under the sub-title "Coal Mining,"

Being upon its second reading,

On motion by Mr. Lloyd,
Was recommitted to the Committee on Finance.

Mr. Stevens moved to suspend the rules so as to give a
second reading this day to

Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of the
Trustees of the Roman Catholic Asylum for Widows of the
City of Baltimore, to that of Little Sisters of the Poor.

Which was decided in the affirmative by yeas and nays as
follows :
