Section 6, line 4, strike out "Manager for the time being,
or a majority of them," and insert, "by the Governor, or
Mayor and City Council.''

Which was adopted.

By Mr. Dennis:

AMENIDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out "Section 8," and insert, "a majority of the
managers, appointed by the Governor is aforesaid, and a ma-
jority of the managers appointed by the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore shall be necessary to constitute a
quorum for the transaction of business.''
