Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 252, of Article
93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Laws," sub-title "Orphans's Court," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Ford, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Queen Anne's county, to pay a sum of money
not exceeding $3,000, to erect a bridge over Wye river, in
said county.

Which was read the second time.

On motion by Mr. Ford,

The rules were suspended so as to give Raid bill a third
reading this day, by yeas and nays as follows :
