House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay Thomas E. Ensor, late Collector of taxes for Balti-
more county, money erroneously paid into the Treasury,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as

BY THE SENATE,

April 1st, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message, asking the Senate to re-
cede from its amendment to House bill entitled an Act re-
lating to "Landlord and Tenant," and respectfully decline
to recede from said amendment, and suggest the appoint-
ment of a Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes
ot the two Houses.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Bannon, Knight and Stevens.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
pay Nicholas Beard, of Washington county, fifteen dollars
and sixteen cents, erroneously paid into the Treasury, and to
authorize the County Commissioners of said county, to refund
to him money improperly paid as county taxes,
