House bill entitled an Act for the promotion of Agricul-
tural, Mechanical and Household arts in Harford, Kent
and Howard counties.

Was read the third time and rejected for want of a Consti-
tutional majority by yeas and nays as follows:

On motion by Mr. Walsh, the vote by which said bill
failed to receive a Constitutional majority,

Was reconsidered and said bill ordered to lie over.
House bill entitled an Act to pay David R. Brown, of Bal-
timore, a sum of money due him,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

torney General to institute proceedings to forfeit the charter
of the Gwynn's Falls Bridge Company of the Washington
road,
