Peace for the State of Maryland in and for Somerset county,
and in 8th Election District.
No. 118. An Act supplementary to an Act to incorporate
the Citizens' Railway Company, of Baltimore city, passed at
the January Session, 1870.
No. 119. An Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
the claim of divers editors of newspapers in the State of
Maryland for publishing the Act entitled an Act to amend
Section 8, of Article 4, of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland, passed at January Session, 1874, authorized and
directed by the Governor under the provisions of Section 1,
Article 14, of the Constitution, and proclamation of the Gov-
ernor announcing the adoption of the amendment by the
people.
No. 137. An Art to repeal Section 2, chapter 99, passed at
January Session, 1874, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
No. 138. An Act authorizing and directing the State Li-
brarian to furnish from the State Library, for the use of the
Circuit Court for Wicomico county, a full set of the decisions
ef the Court of Appeals, and of the Acts of Assembly and
other books.
No. 139. An Act to provide for the payment of a sum of
money to I. Nevitt Steel, Philip F. Thomas and S. Teackle
Wallis, for professional services rendered the State in the
prosecution of its claim against the Baltimore and Ohio Rail
road Company.
No. 174. An Act to pay and compensate D. James Black-
iston, for services rendered in the United States Court in de-
fense of Officers of Registration, and presented therein for
violation as alleged of the Acts of Congress entitled an Ac:
to enforce the rights of citizens of the United States to vote in
the several States of the Union and for other purposes.
No. 175. An Act to incorporate the purchasers of the
Queen Anne's and Kent County Railroad Company.
No. 176. An Act to provide for cleaning out the harbor,
basin and docks of the City of Baltimore, and for the perma-
nent removal of the causes whereby the waters of said harbor
and basin have been poluted and to authorize the Mayor and
Citv Council of Baltimore to issne bonds to the amount of
$1,000,000 to defray the expenses of said works.
No. 188. An Act to repeal Section 453, of the Act of 1874,
