sum of one hundred and three dollars and five cents, for bal-
ance due him for work on the Comptroller's Office, per certi-
ficate of the Comptroller and President of the Chesapeake
and Ohio Canal Company.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal ch. 76, of the Acts of
1874, entitled an Act to locate the County Seat of Garrett
county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 199, 200,
202, 203, of Art. 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relat-
ing to the "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Elections," and
to re-enact Sections 199 and 216, with amendments.
