House bitl entitled an Act to extend the provisions of an
Act, passed at the Session of 1874, chap. 270, entitled an Act
to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to
accept conveyance ot, and to hold certain property lying on
or near Charles street avenue in Baltimore county, for a pub-
lic park.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Balti-
more city Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate a Company to
make a turnpike from Latonsville in Montgomery county,
via Triadelphia to the Frederick Turnpike in Howard county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Brewer, Lee and Gorman.

Also returned,

Senate bill entitled ni Act to authorize Trustees to trans-
fer trust funds to Trustees duly appointed in other States.

Endorsed: ''Passed by yeas and nays "

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to require the Comptroller to
revise the settlement heretofore made with Horace Resley,
late Clerk of Allegany county, and to pay to said Resley such
amount as may be found due him on such rtvision.

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
Claims, and report adopted."

Mr. Getty, from Committee on Finance, reported favora-
bly,

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
