Mr. Lloyd, from the Committee on Conference, submitted the
following

REPORT.

The Committee on Conference on the disagreeing vote of
the two Houses, on Printed Bill No. 56, have had the same
under consideration, and recommend to their respective Bodies
that the House concur in the Senate amendment, striking
from said bill the appropriation to George T. Letter, of one
hundred dollars.

Which was read and adopted.

Mr Brewer, from Committee on Agriculture, to whom
had been referred

The bill entitled an Act for the protection of sheep hus-
banbry, which had been returned from the House with a
message.

Reported said bill with the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out "Prince Goorge's county" from the Senate
amendment.

Which was adopted.

Said bill was then rejected for want of a Constitutional ma-
jority by yeas and nays as follows :
