Which was read and adopted.

Senate Joint Resolutions in relation to the subscription by
the Treasurer of the State to the Southern Maryland Rail-
road Company,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 36, of Article
10, of the Code of Public General Laws relating to attach-
ments, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Being upon its second reading,

On motion by Mr. Steiner,
Was ordered to lie over and be printed.
Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to extend the building line in
the Harbor of Crisfield, on the north side of the town of Cris-
field, into deeper water,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Mr. Joyce, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the follow-
ing:

Ordered, That when the Senate adjourn to-day, it stand
adjourned until Monday, the 24th instant, at 12 o'clock.

Which was adopted.
