BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 29, 1876.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message declining to concur in
sundry amendments proposed by the House to the bill en-
titled an Act for the revision of the lists of registered vo-
ters in this State, and asking the House to recede therefrom.
We respectfully inform your Honomble Body that the House
adheres to its amendments, and requests the appointment of
a Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses, and have appointed on the part of House,
Messrs. Gill, Griffith and Gordy.

Which was read.

Mr. Gorman submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

March, 29, 1876.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message, requesting the appoint-
ment of a Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of
the two Houes on the amendments to Senate bill entitled an
Act for the revision of the list of registered voters, And have
concurred therein, and have appointed as managers on the
part of the Senate, Messrs. Gorman. Stevens and Cooper,

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House of
Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 17 of Article
10 of the Code Public General Laws, and to re-enact the
same with amendment,

Was read the third time and rejected for want of a Consti-
tutional majority by yeas and nays as follows :
