On motion by Mr. Brewer,
The vote by which the consideration of
House bill entitled an Act for the protection of Sheep Hus-
bandry,

Was postponed until Tuesday, April 4th,
Was reconsidered, when,

Mr. Brewer submitted the following amendment:
Strikeout "Section 3."
Which was adopted,

Mr. Getty submitted the following amendment:
Make "Section 4" "Section 3."
Which was adopted.

Mr. Suit moved that the further consideration of said bill
be indefinitely postponed.

Which was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as
follows :
