At 8.20 P. M.

Mr. Walsh moved a call of the Senate,
The Sergeant-at-Arms was directed to inform absent Sena-
tors their presence was required in the Senate chamber.
At 8 25 P. M.

On motion by Mr. Lee,

Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
On motion by Mr. Lee,

The rules were suspended so as to give a third reading
this day to

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 31, 34 and 36,
of Article 56, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to
amend and re-enact the same,

By yeas and nays as follows :
