Treasurer upon his warrant shall pay the claims for arrears
of pensions which the said parties herein mentioned, would
have been entitled if their names had been inserted in the
Act of the General Assembly of 1870."

his per diem as Judge of the Orphans' Court of said county,
daring his absence from the session of said Court, on account
of sickness,
