Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received from your Honorable Body, Senate bill,
entitled an Act to provide for the General Valuation and As-
sessment of property in this State, with amendments, and
concur in amendments numbered five, eight and nine, and
non-concur in amendments numbered one, two, three, four,
six, seven, ten and eleven, and respectfully ask your Honor-
able Body to recede from the same.

Delegates.

Mr. Stevens, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,

Senate bill entitled on Act to add additional Sections to an
Act, entitled an Act to repeal Article 26, of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, and to enact a substitute therefor, and to
repeal Section 22, of Article 16, Sections 99 to 103, of the
same Article, and Sections 33 to 43, of Article 88, of the
Code of Public General Laws, passed at the Jsnuary Session,
1868, chapter 471.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 29, of the
Acts of 1868, chapter 471, entitled an Act to repeal Article
26, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to enact
a substitute therefor, and to repeal Section 22, of Article 16,
