Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the purchaser or
purchaser's of the Kent County Railroad Company, into a
new body politio, under the name of the "Kent County Rail-
road Company,"or such other as they may adopt, and to al-
low the same to be consolidated with the Smyrna and Dela-
ware Bay Railroad Company, and to incorporate the said
Company when so consolidated.
