sent,) reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 3, of chapter
215, of the Acts of 1856, entitled an Act to authorize the
building of a bridge over the Patapsco river, at Ferry bar,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time.

The Mowing Senate bills were read the second time and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading :

Senate bill entitled an Act to appoint a Commission to re-
vise the license system of the State, and recommend a proper
system of taxation.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sectiom 119, of chap-
ter 471, of the Acts of 1868, relating to corporations, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 23, of Article
75, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Pleadings,
Practice and Process," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to regulate the charges upon
railroad companies in the State of Maryland.
