Amend title, strike out all after "a bill," and insert "en-
titled an Act to repeal Sec. 453, of the Acts of 1874, so far as
ii relates to Caroline county, and to enact the following in
lieu thereof:"

Strike out "Sec. 1, " and insert "Sec. 1. Be it enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland, That Sec. 453, of the
Acts of 1874, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as it
relates to Caroline county, and the following enacted in lieu
thereof."

Make "Sec. 1," read "Sec. 2," and strike out "By the
General Assembly of Maryland."

Make "Sec. 2," read "Sec. 3.''
Make "Sec. 3," read "Sec. 4."
Make "Sec. 4," read "Sec. 5."
