House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
draw his warrant on the Treasurer for a sum sufficient to re-
imburse Sprigg Harwood for money erroneously paid into the
State Treasury, and to direct said Sprigg Harwood to pay
the same when so reimbursed, to the County School Commis-
sioners for Anne Arundel county,
