Proceedings of yesterday read and approved.

The following bills were delivered by the Clerk of the
House of Delegates, and read and referred at Night Session
Wednesday, March 22.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82 to 94, in-
clusive, of Article 7, of the Public Local Laws, relating to
the Town of Uniontown, in Carroll county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Lee,
Brewer and Walsh.

House bill entitled an Act to add additional Sections, to
Article 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery County," to provide for the allowance of certain de-
ductions to persons paying their county taxes within times
specified.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Brewer, Lee and Walsh.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Harford county in their discretion to issue
bonds, the proceeds of which to be used for the purpose of
paying the debt now due by the Board of County School
Commissioners of said county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Walsh, Lee and Lloyd.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 6, of Article
69, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Officers," to
regulate the publication by the Comptroller of defaulters to
the State.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Frostburg Water Company, which was incorporated January
Session, 1853, chapter 330.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 136 of Article
93 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Law," sub-title "Distribution," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 98 of Ar-
ticle 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
county," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs
McCulloh, Lloyd and Walsh.
