suitable and best adapted for the re-erection of said warehouses,
Your Committee, therefore, recommend the erection of one
or more warehouses.
They beg leave to report a bill appropriating the sum of
fifty-nine thousand ($59,000) dollars, being the amount re-
ceived from the Insurance Companies, for policies held on the
warehouses burned.

House hill entitled an Act to repeal Section 2, Article 36,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Estrays and Ves-
sels Adrift," so far as the same relates to Dorchester county,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 1 of Art. 38, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Officers' Fees," and
to re-enact the same so far as relates to Dorchester county,

Frederick, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Charles, Har-
ford and Dorchester counties.
Mr. Ford, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 32 of Art. 17, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's county,"
sub-title "Centreville," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add additional Sections to said Articles.

Mr. Aydelotte, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal ch. 71, of the Public
Local Laws of Worcester county, passed Jannary Session,
1874, relating to Oysters in Sinepuxent Bay and its Tribu-
taries, and to re enact the same with amendments, also to
protect fish therein,
