House bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running at
large in Talbot county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Lloyd, Walsh and Lee.

House bill entitled an Act to add new Sections to Article
10 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Attach-
ments," and to be sub-title "Claimants of Property."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 32 of Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, "Queen Anne's
county," sub-title "Centreville," and to re-enact the with
amendments, and to add additional Sections to said Articles.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Ford, Getty and Lawrence.

Also, delivered,

House Joint Resolutions in referencd to the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad Company.

Which were read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Also, retained,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional Sub-Sections
to Article 19 of the Public Local Laws of Somerset county,
title "License," snb-title "Retailers."

Endoised : "Passed by yeas and nays.''

Also,

Senate bill entitled au Act to provide for the appoint-
ment of a Collector and Treasurer, and a more economical
collection of tuxes in Dorchester county, and to repeal Sec-
tions 77, 78, 79, 80, 81 and 82 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws for said county, and to re-enact the fol-
lowing in lieu thereof.

Endorsed ; "Reported unfavorably from Select Committee,
and report adopted."

Also, the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 93rd Article of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Testamentary
Law by adding a new Section thereto, relating to Devises.

Senate bill entitled an act to repeal, Amend and re-enact
Sec. 14 of Art. 18 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Clerks of Courts."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 2, 5 and 7,
of Art, 13 of the Code of Public General Laws, title , "Bas-
