At 1.55 P. M., the Senate resumed the consideration of
Legislative business.

Mr. Aydelotte submitted the following message:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message proposing to enlarge the
Joint Committee on the Boundary Line between the States of
Virginia and Maryland, by adding thereto Mr. Benjamin
Lankford of your House, and concur therein.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of
Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing Henry C. Elliott,
guardian of Wm. P. Mills, a minor, to pass his final account
with the Orphans' Court for Dorchester county, and making
the said Wm. P. Mills competent in law to do all things as
he might do if he had already reached the age of twenty-one
years,

Was read the third time, and lost for want »f a constitu-
