Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message non-cnncurring in the
amendments to Senate bill No. 59, providing that the State
Librarian shall furnish certain books to the Circuit C»urt of
Wicomico county, and concur therein, and have receded
from our amendments and return the Senate bill passed by
yeas and nays as it was received from the Senate.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82, 83,
84 and 85, of the Public Local Laws of Caroline county, sub-
title "Fences," so far as it relates to the 1st, 2d and 3d
Districts.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Agriculture.
Also, returned,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal ch. 76, of the Acts
of 1874, entitled an Act 10 locate the county-seat of Garrett
county.

Endorsed, "Reported without advice from the Committee
on the Judiciary , and indefinitely postponed."
