Present at roll call the following Senators :

The Senate proceeded to the consideration of bills upon
their second and third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 875, of Arti-
cle 4, of the Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title "Taxes and Loans," and to amend and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the 4th Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws, by adding thereto another section
in relation to investments on account of the sinking fund,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
