Acts of Assembly, and other books," with the amendments
proposed by yoar Honorable Body to said bill, and respect-
fully non-concur therein, and request your Honorable Body
to recede from said amendments, and herewith return said
bill for that purpose.

Delegates.

Mr. Knight, from the Committee on Finance, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act making further appropriations
for the support of the government and school and reforma-
tory institutions for the year ending the 31st day of Decem-
ber, 1876,

With the following proposed amendments:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

First. Line 14, strike out "thirty," and insert "twenty-
five."

Which was rejected by yeas and nays as follows:
