Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. McCulloh, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Sub-Section 5, of chap.
94, of the Acts of 1872, relating to the County Treasurer,
in Allegany county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Lloyd, from a Select Committee reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of

Caroline county, to determine by ballot whether spirituous
or fermented liquors shall be sold in said county, or in any

election districts thereof, or a license granted for the sale'of

the same.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Walsh, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Town Com-

missioners of Bel Air, or the Treasurer of said Town, to
receive and receipt for certain moneys, &c.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Getty, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to appoint a commission of
three persons to meet a like number of persons appointed by
the State of West Virginia, to settle and adjust the boundary
line between Preston county, West Virginia and Garrett
county, Md.
