posed of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Tenth Election Dis-
tricts."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 3, line 68 to 77, inclusive, strike out all in refer-
ence to Frederick county, and insert tho following:

"Frederick county shall be divided into four Assessment
Districts. The First District shall he composed of the terri-
tory within the corporate limits ot Frederick city; the Second
shall be composed of the First, so much of the Second as is not
embraced within the corporate limits of Frederick city, Four-
teenth, Twelfth, Sixteenth and Third Election Districts of
said county: the Third shall be composed of the Sixth,
Tenth, Fifth, Fifteenth, Fourth and Eleventh Election Dis-
tricts of said county; and the Fourth shall be composed of
the Seventh, Eighth, Eighteenth, Thirteenth, Ninth and
Seventh Election Districts of said county."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Dennis submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

"Somerset county shall be divided into two Assessment
Districts. The First shall be composed of the First, Second,
Fourth, Fifth and Ninth Election Districts, and the Second
shall be composed of the Third, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth
Election Districts of said county."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Suit submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out "Ninth," and insert "Twelfth." in the Sec-
ond Assessment District.

Strike out "Twelfth," in Third Assessment District, and
insert "Ninth."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Aydelotte submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 3, line 113, strike out after the word "shall," the
words "be divided into three," and insert "Constitute one."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Humphreys submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PPOPOSED.

Line 111 after the word "County," insert "shall consti-
tute one Assessment District,
