Senate bill entitled an Act to extend and add a supple-
ment to an Act to incorporate the Merchants' and Miners'
Transportation Company, passed January Session, 1852,
chapter 153, and to extend and add a supplement to an Act
entitled a supplement to an Act to incorporate the Merchants'
and Miners' Transportation Company, passed at January
Session, 1852, chap. 153, passed January Session, 1868,
chapter 130.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also,

Senate bill entitled an Act to give and declare the sanc-
tion of the General Assembly to the bequests of John
Gunby, deceased, of $1,000, to each of the following
churches : the Presbyterian church at Newtown, Worcester
county, the Methodist church at Jacobsport, Coshocton
county, Ohio, and the Linton Presbyterian church of Coskoc-
county, Ohio.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE,

Annapolis, March 8,1876.

The following Senate bills having passed both branches of
the General Assembly of Maryland were this day presented
to his Excellency, the Governor, for his approval.

No. 59. An Act to repeal an Act passed at January
Session, 1874, chapter 436, entitled an Act to repeal chapter
169 of the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act for the better Pro-
tection of Partridges in Queen Anne's county, and also to
add an additional sectien to Article 98, of the Code.

No. 60. An Act to appropriate a sum of money for
the purpose of making repairs and additions to the furniture
of, and for procuring articles necessary lor the uses of the
Executive Mansion.

No. 61. An Act to provide for the sale to the County
Commissioners of Cecil county of the State's interest on the
Bohemia Bridge Company.

No. 62. An Act to prevent the increase of Gates on
the Public Roads of Calvert county.
